If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund through our customer service department.
Refund requests must be made within 15 days of your purchase. Refunds will only be issued to the original method of payment.
You are not eligible for a refund if you have completed a course and received your completion certificate. Or if you have completed a course and passed the included exams.
