    Horrible website for the phone. Gets stuck and won’t let you proceed. Right now I’m trying to read the steps for fingerprinting and applying for licenses and the “chat” button is completely in the way of being able to read the directions. When I tried to send a chat about it the send button isn’t working. This has been very frustrating throughout the process.

Each chapter is broken down into sections and there’s a quiz for each section then an overall chapter quiz, when you complete these quizzes you have to wait for a timer to reach an undisclosed limit before you can move on. The practice exam and study bank quizzes weren’t thorough enough in my opinion compared to the Final Exam.

    Technical Difficulties were plenty, especially in the time gating feature of the modules. Aside from that the program was overall simple and easy. Mostly memorization and common sense. Especially if for example, a question regarding an auto policy has 3 out of 4 answers that have nothing to do with it.

    I liked it and i felt like i learned alot the only reason i gave it a 4 star is because it was hard for me to focus on it at certin points but i pushed through and over all it was a great program. It really went into depth on everything and the notes for each section were really good and the audio and the examples really helped me understand. I also liked how there were unlimited tries because it was hard for me at first but eventually after retrying enough i really started to understand. Lastly i felt like the practice exam was harder than the actual exam.
